Two artists enter the room with a suitcase full of modelling clay. They invite the young audience to explore the different landscapes and structures that the kneadable material holds by touching, kneading, tapping, pressing and feeling.

The performance, which combines elements of theatre, music and dance, is conceived in accordance with the principles of children's play and, with a sensitive approach to the youngest audience members and improvisation techniques, creates a space for a shared creative process in which the landscapes of the child's imagination are sensitively opened up.

Toihaus is a theatre from Salzburg that works at the interface of musical, dance, drama and material theatre. Every year, four to six new productions for children, young people and adults are created, focusing on the search for new forms of expression in the living arts, pursuing the idea of sustainability on both an ecological and artistic level. Since 2007, the theatre has organised BimBam, a festival of international productions for a young audience.

For the kids 1-8.
