TYPES OF CARDS
• KU KU card with the holder’s full name can be ordered at our theatre’s ticket office. It will be sent to
your home in 14 days. The price is €2.10
• KU KU card without a name can be purchased at the theatre ticket office for €1.90
HOW TO USE THE CARD
At LGL ticket office you can prepay money to your card. When you buy tickets using KU KU card we give you a 10% discount and the sum total for the tickets purchased is taken from the amount prepaid on your card. Every time you add money to your card, you receive a PIN which you can use for on-line ticket purchase. At the LGL website www.lgl.si click “ticket purchase”, select a show, click your mouse over the selected seats, enter KU KU card number and PIN and confirm the purchase. Then you print the receipt (voucher). You can collect your tickets, no later than fifteen minutes prior to the beginning of the show, with the printed voucher only.
Your KU KU card credit amount can also be increased by a deposit to the LGL bank account number 01261-6030356432 (reference no. 00 7600100). You have to send us a copy of the deposit confirmation by fax 01/ 3000980 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
KU KU CARD AS A PRESENT?
KU KU card is an original and excellent present. When you order the card at the ticket office, you give the name and address of the recipient and load the card with the desired sum of credit. You can receive a card without a name immediately, but a KU KU card with the name of the holder will be delivered to your home in approximately 14 days.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
KU KU card is issued by Ljubljana PuppetTtheatre. There is no expiry date for the card. Any person who submits their personal information is entitled to the card, upon purchasing it at LGL ticket office. It is the card holder’s duty to keep the card safe and comply with the instructions for use. The issuer of the card cannot be held liable should the card be destroyed, damaged, lost or stolen. Should any of the above occur, the card can be replaced on holders costs, together with the remaining “purse value”. The amount on the card cannot be refunded in cash. It is the card holder’s obligation to make any change of data, submitted when the card was ordered, known to the issuer.
By purchasing the card the holder agrees to the general terms and conditions.
