Box office LGL is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM and one hour before each performance.

Tickets can be purchased with cash or credit cards. Each visitor must have their own ticket, including children, regardless of age. Please check the recommended age limit for each performance on our website. If you are unable to attend a performance, you may cancel your ticket at the box office up to one hour before the performance begins. No refunds will be given for tickets returned after this time.

Sometimes we have to cancel one of our events for reasons of force majeure. We recommend that you check our website for any cancellations before attending a performance. You can also contact our box office for additional information. If a performance or event is cancelled, you can exchange your tickets for another performance or get your money back (within one month).

We kindly request that you follow instructions of the usher service, turn off your mobile phones before entering the theatre. Taking photographs and filming is not allowed, and food and beverages should not be brought into the theatre. Only holders of valid tickets are allowed to enter. A ticket must be purchased for each small child as well. No entry into the theatre after the performance has started.
