In 1996, he graduated from the AGRFT in drama. In 1995, he was employed at the Ljubljana City Theatre for five years. Since 2001, he has worked as a freelance cultural worker for several years. In 2006, he was employed again at the Ljubljana Children and Youth Theatre, which then merged with the Ljubljana Puppet Theatre, where he is still employed today.
He became known to the wider public after 1997, when he began appearing on television in the popular TV series Teater Paradižnik, Pravi Biznis, Šov bo šel. One of his more famous roles is that of Merkatorij in the Slovenian comedy TV series TV Dober dan. He has played many memorable, often comedic roles on the small and big screen.
In addition to the aforementioned acting engagements, in 1997 he participated in the founding of the Špas Theater in Mengeš, and in 2000 he founded the Stand up Comedy Club, the first such group in Slovenia.
Since 2003, he has been regularly participating as an actor in Slovenian dubbings of cartoons and animated films, and has been directing them since 2004. He has also played more than 80 roles in radio plays.
In 2014, he published his first picture book, Beli krtek Albin, with the Didakta publishing house, and in 2021 he wrote an original story for the tactile picture book, Hitri Počasne.
