Love of Risk is a darkly comic visual performance that balances somewhere between choreography, absurd theatre and a technological nightmare. In a meticulously constructed mechanical world, autonomous cleaning robots glide across the stage, creating hypnotic movements that gradually evolve into an unusual and unpredictable dance.

With minimal resources and precise physical performance, the show reflects on humanity’s growing relationship with artificial intelligence and automated systems. The robots become random performers who, through their unpredictable interactions, reveal moments of tenderness, aggression, vulnerability and absurdity. Love of Risk transforms everyday technology into a poetic theatrical language, whilst simultaneously questioning ideas of control, intimacy and dependence on machines. Somewhere between comedy and a quiet catastrophe, the performance asks how much uncertainty contemporary society is prepared to accept in exchange for comfort and automation.
